We were commissioned by the owner of this private holiday rental after they discovered our work on a nearby project. The brief was to transform the existing space by introducing greater warmth, character, and individuality—while retaining as much of the original building fabric as possible.
Our approach centred on a considered refurbishment that balanced aesthetics, sustainability, and cost-efficiency. We preserved several bespoke built-in joinery elements, allowing us to reduce waste, minimise costs, and align with environmentally conscious design principles.
The result is a refreshed, inviting retreat that blends comfort with thoughtful detailing. The property is now available to rent exclusively through Beach Retreats.
